Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Waa

Objective:to observe the wrist ankle needle treatment of primary dysmenorrhea the clinical curative effect.Methods:61 patients met the inclusion criteria of the observed object, according to the order of the first to consultation with the random number table, randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group in 31 cases by the wrist ankle needle treatment,30 cases in using ibuprofen sustained-release capsules treatment,2 group were menstrual cramps 3 days prior to the start of treatment, once per day, until pain disappears,2 group were treated three menstrual cycles. Observed before and after treatment in patients with.dysmenorrheal scorc, TCM symptom scores and total effectiveness.Results:①The treatment group treated with "wrist ankle needle",11 cases were cured; 12 cases had marked therapeutic effects; 7 cases had certain improvement; 1 case did not respond to the treatment. The effective rate was 96.77%.The control group treated with normal acupuncture,7 cases were cured; 6 cases had marked therapeutic effects; 11 cases had certain improvement; 6 cases did not respond to the treatment, The effective rate was 80%②.②two groups inside dysmenorrheal scorc and TCM symptom scores before and after were done by statistical analysis, all have significant difference (P<0.01).③between the two groups dysmenorrheal scorc and TCM symptom scores were compared, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Both method for treating primary dysmenorrhea have certain therapeutic effect, but "Wrist ankle needle treatment" made a better effect.
