Clinical Observation Of Bufei Pingchuan Recipe In The Treatment Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (lung-kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Observe the clinical effect and safety of Bufei Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung-kidney qi deficiency),and confirm the feasibility of Bufei Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It is a clinical treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Stable disease provides more possibilities.Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled experiment was used to randomly assign 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria to the control group and the observation group through a random number table method.The observation group used Bufei Pingchuan prescription combined with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation For treatment,the control group was treated with salmeterol and ticasone powder inhalation.Compare and observe the TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,pulmonary function-related indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0software.Results: 1.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;2.TCM syndrome curative effect Indicators showed that in the control group,1 person was cured,3 persons were markedly effective,21 persons were effective,and 8 persons were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 75.8%;in the observation group 4 persons were cured,4 persons were markedly effective,19persons were effective,6 persons were ineffective,and the total effective rate was81.8%..After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;3.After treatment,the CAT scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and the observation group's score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;4.The FEV1 of the two groups of patients was lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the comparison between the groups(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Bufei Pingchuan prescription and salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation have clinical effects on the treatment of stable COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency).2.Compared with conventional western medicine alone,Bufei Pingchuan prescription combined with conventional western medicine has more advantages in reducing clinical symptoms and improving quality of life.3.In the treatment of conventional western medicine,the combination of Bufei Pingchuan Fang can improve lung function to a certain extent,but it is of little significance.4.This study shows that Bufei Pingchuan Decoction is safe for clinical use.
