Work and family are two important areas for the individual, but also carriers thataffect the source of happiness. Studies have shown that work family conflict willaffect the individual’s subjective well-being and all aspects of social support canrelieve the conflict to a great extent. As a part of the high-level talents, high-levelfemale medical staffs play an important role in the progress and development of thenational medical and health services. Work and family are two essential parts forhigh-level female medical staffs, so the conflict is inevitable to some extent affecttheir subjective well-being. For managers, the high-level female medical staffs whosework related to the development of the organization are the organization’s core talentand backbone, and their work status is affected by the state themselves. Subjectivewell-being is an important indicator of individual physical and psychological state.Therefore, reducing work family conflict and improving subjective well-being ofhigh-level female medical staffs are important measures for the managers in thehuman resources management.On the basis of literature research, this paper refers Work Family Conflict as theindependent variable, Subjective Well-being as the dependent variable and SocialSupport as the mediate variable for empirical research, and the conclusion is asfollows:(1) The degree of work family conflict of high-level female medical staffshas negative influence on their subjective well-being;(2)Social support plays amediating role to the work family conflict and subjective well-being of high-levelfemale medical staffs. Relative to the low social support, high social support will weaken the negative influence of work family conflict on subjective well-being;relative to the high social support, low social support will strengthen the negativeinfluence of work family conflict on subjective well-being.Through empirical research, this paper learned the current state of high-levelfemale medical staffs’ work family conflict, subjective well-being and social support,proved that work family conflict negatively affects subjective well-being and socialsupport positively affects subjective well-being, and detected the conclusion thatsocial support plays a mediating role to the work family conflict and subjectivewell-being of high-level female medical staffs.
