| Family and work are two closely related fields for human survival,and they are also two necessary supporting points in life.In the medical field,medical staffs are generally highly educated,they all have systematic professional knowledge,and have a high pursuit of self-worth in their work.In the field of family,they need to play various identity roles,undertake family responsibilities and obligations,and also deal with various interpersonal relationships.The high intensity workload and long-term overload working state of medical staffs,which directly affect the balance of their personal life.Therefore,the issue of work-family balance they are facing will be more prominent.The basic framework of this study constructs based on the review of worldwide literature and relevant theories.Data are collected through the questionnaire survey of1358 HX medical staffs and the interview with 10 HX hospital medical staffs.Researching and analyzing towards the statues of the positive work-family balance and negative work-family balance of medical staff in HX Hospital,and exploring the causes of the problems found in the survey,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.On the whole,the medical team of HX hospital shows a trend of high education and youth.The medical staff generally have long working hours and more than half of the medical staff are married and have children,so they need to face the pressure from work and family at the same time.Through data analysis and interview research,in view of the HX hospital medical staff work family balance problems appearing in the working time taking over family time;negative emotions into each other;lack of flexible work;family members greatly lower concessions;doctor-patient contradiction;single solution;the media report one-sided situation;from the individual,hospitals,social three dimensions to mitigate the problem of HX hospital medical staff work-family balance. |
