Observation On Effect Of Moxibustion Combines With Electric Stimulation-biofeedback Therapy For Pelvic Organ Prolapse The Type Belong Qi Deficiency

ObjectiveIn this study,To improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function of pelvic organ prolapse,we observed the clinical effect of pelvic organ prolapse(?degree II)the type belong Qi Deficiency treat for Moxibustion combines with electric Stimulation-Biofeedback,in order to provide a simple and convenient non-operative treatment and theoretical basis for promotion by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.MethodsClinical randomized controlled trial design was used in this study.74 patients were diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse in Pelvic floor treatment center of People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and meeting the inclusion criteria were observed.The subjects were divided into control group(36 cases)and treatment group(38 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with electric Stimulation-Biofeedback.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion on Baihui,Guanyuan,Zusanli acupoint.The treatment for 2-3times a week,lasted 10 times for one course of treatment,totaling 2 courses.The control group was not treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Four patients(1 in the control group and 3 in the treatment group)were lost during treatment.Finally,70 patients with pelvic organ prolapse were observed,including the control group(n=35)and the treatment group(n=35).TCM syndrome scores,pelvic floor surface electromyography and three dimensional color ultrasound of basin bottom(Area of levator ANI hiatus under resting and Valsalva action)were assessed before and 2 courses after treatment in the two groups respectively.Statistical analysis and comparison of intra and inter-group data before and after treatment were conducted to observe the clinical efficacy.Results1.Both groups of treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the above scores(all P<0.05).Comparing the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,the treatment group(97.1%)was higher than the control group(85.7%)(P < 0.05).2.The electromyographic measurements of the pelvic floor surface at each stage of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor surface electromyography in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the area of levator ANI hiatus of three dimensional color ultrasound in the pelvic floor of the two groups was reduced in resting and Valsalva movements compared with that before treatment(all P<0.05),and the area of levator ANI hiatus in resting and Valsalva movements in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with electric Stimulation-Biofeedback treatment alone,it is more advantageous to use moxibustion on some acupointt with this effect of Yiqi Sheng Ti and Solid uterine detachment to treat pelvic organ prolapse the type belong Qi Deficiency.The combination can further restore the anatomical structure of prolapsed organs,increase the surface electromyogram value of pelvic floor,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
