| Objective：This topic evaluate the improvement of YishenHuoxueTiaojing treatmenton hypo menorrhea patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome afterartificial abortion through the evaluation of the curative effect ofYishenHuoxueTiaojing treatment on the therapy of kidney deficiency and bloodstasis type of hypo menorrhea after artificial abortion and its effect on theendometrial thickness in patients; study the mechanism of of YishenHuoxueTiaojingtreatment on kidney deficiency and blood stasis menstruation after artificial abortion;provide the scientific basis for YishenHuoxueTiaojing treatment on kidneydeficiency and blood stasis menstruation after artificial abortion.Methods： According to the inclusion criteria, in accordance with the clustersampling method,60cases with hypo menorrhea after abortion were collected during2012.5~2013.9treatment in obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the First AffiliatedHospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They are divided intotwo groups according to the random permutation table method:30cases in thetreatment group treated with Yishenhuoxuetiaojing method;30cases in the controlgroup treated with aspirin. The two groups are in a menstrual cycle for a course oftreatment. After three courses of treatment, the two groups were evaluated beforeand after treatment by clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral, and changes ofendometrial thickness were detected before and after medication.Results：Among the60cases, they are all completed. The clinical curative effect oftreatment group effective rate is83.3%; the control group in clinical curative effectof effective rate is56.7%. Statistically there is significant difference between twogroups (P <0.05). After treatment, the treatment group has a significant differenceon the endometrial thickness3~5days before menstruation compared to the controlgroup (P <0.05), and the endometrial of the treatment group are much thicker after treatment than before treatment (P <0.05). The menstruation situation integral of thetreatment group after treatment has obvious difference compared with that of thecontrol group (P <0.05). The treatment group can effectively improve the kidneydeficiency and blood stasis syndrome. By statistics analysis, the curative effect isbetter than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:①Thecurative effect of Yishenhuoxuetiaojing treatment on hypomenorrhea after abortion is obvious;②Yishenhuoxuetiaojing method can effectivelyimprove the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of patients;③The increasedmenstrual quantity may relate to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for stage andthe improvement of endometrial situation. |
