(4) Work life and marital status of ICU nurses are not related with sleep quality (P>0.05).5. Quality of Life of ICU nurses(1) Age of the ICU nurses was positive related with psychological health area withgeneral differences (P <0.05).(2) Work life of the ICU nurses was negative related with physical health area withgeneral differences (P <0.05).(3) Appointment style of the ICU nurses was positive related with physical area withgeneral differences (P <0.05).(4) Night shift cycle of the ICU nurses was positive with physical area and environmentarea with general differences (P <0.05).(5) Marital status of the ICU nurses was little related with any area in quality of life(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) Sleep quality, job burnout, and quality of life of ICU nurse: The worse they sleep, theworse they feel in emotional, personal accomplishment, and the worse their physicalhealth, psychological health, and environment are.
