Methods:In outpatient service cough post infectious in80patients as the object, with the single blind method and randomized controlled trial methods, divided into the experimental group and the control group of40cases, the experimental group was treated with modified Zhisou powder+western placebo treatment, the control group were given western medicine plus modified Zhisou powder placebo treatment, two groups were7days to1course of treatment; Through the observation of cough symptoms integral, cough ease time, cough degree (self line score), cough recurrence rate, two groups of comprehensive curative effect evaluation of curative effect evaluation; Determination of induced sputum supernatant fluid neuropeptide SP and CGRP, NK and IL-8, sIgA level, and carry on the analysis comparison before and after treatment.Results:The two groups before treatment cough symptoms integral (day and night), cough degree, SP and CGRP, NKA, NKB and IL-8, slgA horizontal comparison, no significant differences in meaning, comparable;Two groups before and after treatment of cough symptoms integral,cough ease time of comparison, p<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, indicating that the two groups after treatment of cough post infectious all have curative effect; Between the two groups after treatment cough symptoms integral, cough degree, cough ease time of comparison, p<0.05, a statistically significant difference, the experimental group was better than control group; And the two group of nocturnal cough compared symptom scores before and after treatment, P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups, suggesting the nighttime cough score no significant effect.The two groups after treatment, the recurrence rate is higher than the control group, two groups of comprehensive evaluation of curative effect, the total effective rate is higher than that of the control group, and p<0.05, indicating that the treatment group than in control group after infection cough curative effect;the experimental group before and after treatment, SP,CGRP, sIgA level comparison, p<0.05, a statistically significant difference,the control group before and after treatment, SP and CGRP, slgA level comparison, p>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, the two groups after treatment between SP and CGRP, sIgA level comparison, p<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, indicating the experimental group has an impact on SP, CGRP, slgA levels, while the control group on SP, CGRP, slgA had no effect;Comparison of NKA, NKB, IL-8levels before and after treatment in two groups, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment; the NKA, NKB, IL-8level, P>0.05, no significant difference,in-dicating two groups of NKA, NKB, IL-8had no obvious effect. There were no adverse reactions during the treatment of the experimental group, while the control group had adverse reaction, showed that the experimental group security is better than that of control group. Conclusion:Modified Zhisou powder in the treatment of cough post infectious and the efficacy and safety of good, better than the control group; modified Zhisou powder inhibit airway neurogenic inflammation mediators.
