The observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) and observation group received oral Jin Fei Zhisou Powder, and in the control group were treated with oral Tong Xuan Li lung oral liquid, treatment for 14 days, through a clinical questionnaire were collected clinical information, including cough time, seizure frequency, cough inducing or aggravating factors, itchy throat, expectoration, into the group before treatment and other.Baseline data of the two groups of patients, before and after the treatment of cough symptom score, TCM single symptom score, TCM syndromes were compared to spss21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, the efficacy of Jin Fei Zhisou Powder treatment of infection after coughing.4.Result:① In the experimental group and control group cough symptom scores in the treatment for 7 days,14 days, and discontinuation after 7 days of follow-up (day 21) showed a decrease trend; two groups treatment for 7 days,14 days, and after discontinuation of 7 days of follow-up (day 21) cough symptom score have significant difference (P< 0.05),in the experimental group was better than the control group.② In the experimental group and the control group in the treatment for 7 days, 14 days, and after discontinuation of 7 days of follow-up (21 days) of TCM symptom scoring showed a decreasing trend; two groups treatment for 7 days,14 days, and discontinuation after 7 days of follow-up (21 days) of TCM syndrome scoring differences were significant difference (P<0.05). In the experimental group was better than the control group.③ The traditional Chinese medicine curative effect of individual symptoms compared after 14 days of treatment, two groups to improve cough efficacy, there was a significant difference (P<0.05); two groups improve expectoration effect compared with significant difference (P<0.05); two groups to improve pharyngeal itching effect comparison, there was a significant difference (Z=-2.066, P<0.05); two groups improve cold worse curative effect comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05).④ Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect:after 14 days of treatment, two groups of cough symptom scores, the experimental group the total efficiency 81.08%, the total efficiency of 58.34% in the control group, the curative effect of the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), in the experimental group was better than the control group; TCM syndrome scoring compared experimental group the total efficiency 89.19%, control group, the total efficiency was 69.44%. There are significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05), the experimental group than the control group.5.conclusionJin Fei Zhisou Powder in the treatment of cough after infection (cold lingering lung) in patients with exact in patients with cough, sputum, throat itch, the treatment effect is obviously superior to the control group.In improving patients with aggravation with cold effect similar to that in the control group.
