Meta - Analysis Of Cough After Infection In Chinese Medicine And The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Zhisou Powder In Treating Cough After Infection

Purposes:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of jiawei zhisou powder on Post infectious cough (PIC) and Look for the better method for treatment of PIC. In the course of the study to further explore the traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) pathogenesis of PIC. To systematically assess the effectiveness of TCM in treating PIC.Methods:Collecting the patient in hospital of TCM in Beibei district of chongqing chaoyang community hospital from2014January to February, a randomized control method,60patients randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group and the control group with30cases in each, the treatment group use jiawei zhisou powder and control group use strong loquat syrup, treatment for6days. Symptom scores were evaluated before and after treatment for comparing of curative effect before and after treatment. The statistical software SPSS19.0statistical software for statistical analysis of the results, setting P<0.05for the difference in value, and statistically significant. According to the results,observe and compare the clinical efficacy. Computer retrieval Chinese database, Collecting the randomized controlled trial of TCM treating PIC, According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria screening test, evaluation of the quality and extract data, Meta analysis was performed with RevMan5.2software.Results:Clinical study (1) no difference was found between the two groups of total treatment(P>0.05).(2)By statistical analysis, the treatment group before and after treatment, Cough, throat itching, phlegm are improved obviously(P<0.05), secondary symptoms not obvious(P>0.05).(3) the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in cough(P<0.05).(4)throat itching have not that significant difference(P>0.05).(5) phlegm integral have not that significant difference(P>0.05).(6) the control group was significantly better than the treatment group in secondary symptoms(P<0.05).(7)General symptom, The treatment group the general symptom score significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Meta analysis,20studies were included in the systematic review, qualitative results show, Whether effective rate and markedly effective rate of TCM group was better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)jiawei zhisou powder is an effective therapeutic method in the treatment of PIC. jiawei zhisou powder can effectively improve the Cough, throat itching and phlegm symptoms of PIC, but the secondary symptoms is poor.(2)The system research in recent years has better curative effect evaluation suggested that treatment of PIC with traditional Chinese medicine.
