ObjectivesThis paper takes Haidian District Community Health Service Centers for examples, and tries to explore the polices to solve the problems, which bases on the research for the truths of Degree of Satisfaction. This paper can not only produce many data for the advanced research in the future, but also be the significant measures for the health care policies.In recent years, community health services in China have made great progress. With the investment in the country, the scholars have taken more study about the academic community medical services. This paper’s aim is to answer this question:how to serve the community and improve the level of medical services and the satisfaction.MethodsThis paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to take the research. During the research, This paper takes much efforts to analysis the background, situation and the content of satisfaction through using the method of literature and questionnaire. At last, this paper use the statistic method to analysis these data and take out the ways to solve this matters.Firstly, using the statistical method as the way to investigate, and putting the normative, executive, sustainable, collaborative, interest dimensionality into the questionnaire, which accumulates lots of data that can help the research.Secondly, with the helping of the data and framework, this paper uses the statistical methods to analyze the condition, trying to describe the satisfaction matters which can be used by the governments.ResultsFirstly, the organizations of medical and health services can operate their functions well. The residents consider the service and price is well. For other things, such as the environment and function sub area, they think it is also fine, which is important to the satisfaction.Secondly, the commonweal, rational charge, and medical capability is important too. The residents consider the improving is not evident after appealing, which should be taken more efforts on it.Thirdly, the public wish the organization of medical care and service can cooperate with other organization efficiently, which is not very important for the satisfaction.Fourthly, every index may produce different affections for the satisfaction. Appealing dispose can help improve the satisfaction more. At the same time, the volunteer, information-based services’function is eliminated.ConclusionsThe function orientation, human being thought, collaborative ability, and serving quality is the key to improve the satisfaction of community sanitation in Haidian district.Firstly, taking the science orientation, and improve the based functions of sanitation. The organization should put the patient on the core, and use the idea of severing people to guide the work.Secondly, the organization should return the public’s appeals quickly. Making more efforts to satisfy the need of the.public, and construct the system of medical service is the main task of the government and the sanitation organization.Thirdly, improving the ability of collaboration through different ways is the main goal of the organization. The government, corporation and society should make more efforts to develop the level of service together.Fourthly, paying more attention to the appealing management is needed in the institution. The thought should be improved and more system and mechanism also should be explored to advance the service level.
