With the vigorous promotion of the national policy and the basic soundness of the primary medical service system,the function of the community health service center has gradually improved,which has played a crucial role in promoting the equalization of basic public health services and maintaining the health of residents.However,with people's growing desire for a better life and the increasing demand for community health services from the general public,institutional settings,the provision of medical specialists,medical service capabilities,and management levels need to be further strengthened and improved.The community health service center must pay attention to the level of health care services and management level.From the perspective of the community center's vision and strategy,in the day-to-day management and operation of the community health service center,we should pay attention to performance management,enhance the enthusiasm of all employees,and strengthen the performance evaluation and evaluation index system.The optimization process is very important.This article takes the H community health service center as the research object,and takes the performance evaluation theory as the guide.Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the H community health service center performance evaluation system,it introduces the balanced scorecard technology and stands from the perspective of the hospital as a whole.Four levels of finance,patient,internal flow and learning and growth have built a set of performance evaluation and evaluation index system for H community health service centers.Using the Delphi method,11 secondary indicators such as capital operations,patient burdens,and hospital culture were refined and determined.On the basis of the secondary indicators,23 third-level indicators such as patient satisfaction and market share were refined..Then,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each layer of indicators,build a performance evaluation system model of H community health service center based on the balanced scorecard.Finally,combining with the actual situation of H community health service center,the countermeasures to improve the performance evaluation system of community health service center are proposed.Through the research of this article,it is helpful to provide reference for the optimization of performance evaluation system of H community health service center,so that the management can reasonably optimize the performance assessment system in the development process of community health service center,and provide management suggestions for managers to formulate performance assessment system.In addition,it also helps establish a set of performance appraisal system that is in line with the national policy,combined with the community health service center,and has practical application performance,and provides reference for the development of the community health service center.
