As an important part of performance management,performance assessment can not only effectively improve the utilization efficiency of medical and health resources,mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers,standardize the behavior of medical staff and improve the overall service quality of the hospital,but also make the individual goals subordinate to the overall objectives of the organization through the evaluation of the performance,so that the community health service center can play its due function.The importance of doing this work is very important.But for the reasons that the construction of the related system is not perfect,some problems still exist in the performance assessment of some community health service centers,which can not guarantee the community health service center to play its due function well.As the foundation of medical and health system,the quality of community health service is related to the vital interests of the people.Under the new medical reform,in order to achieve the goal of deepening the reform of the medical and health system by the central government and the State Council,the state has continuously strengthened its support to the community health service center.However,in order to protect and improve the service quality of community health service centers,it is also important to increase external investment and improve self construction of hospitals.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to find out how to improve the performance assessment of community health service centers,take the TZ community health service center as an example,and try to find out the problems in the performance assessment process,and put forward some improved research programs.The article analyzes the current situation and problems of the performance assessment of TZ community health service center by using the method of interview,and finds that there are some problems in the construction of the evaluation index system by using the interview method.Then through the use of the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators and questionnaire,combined with relevant research literature and national policies and regulations,the performance evaluation index of TZ community health service center was preliminarily screened.Finally,a set of new performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods were put forward by the comprehensive evaluation method,aiming at the relevant leadership of our country.The study of domain provides a new theoretical and practical reference.Finally,the feasibility analysis of the new index system was carried out,and the results were fed back to verify the rationality,and the relevant conclusions were obtained.Some suggestions on improvement of performance management were put forward according to the actual situation of TZ community service center.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:the research ideas of building a new performance evaluation index system are put forward,the rationality of the index system is verified,and some suggestions for improving the performance management are put forward.
