Clinical Research On Acupuncture Three-position Acupoints To Cure Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To observe the acupuncture treatment of three-position acupoints oncervical vertigo and explore the clinical efficacy of its mechanism.Methods: The cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group by asimple method of randomization. The treatment group was treated with three-positionacupoints acupuncture therapy, while the control group was treated with traditionalacupuncture therapy. Observed the efficacy after three courses, and then analyzed thedata statistically.Results:60cases of observed cases,30cases of the treatment group and30cases ofthe control group.(1) After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, andthat of the control group was70.00%. There was a significant difference between twogroups (P<0.05).(2) There was a very significant difference between the treatment group and thecontrol group after treatment in improvement of symptoms and function score(P<0.01). Two groups of symptoms and function score after treatment has significantdifference (P <0.05).Especially in the neck and shoulder pain and the daily life andwork.(P<0.05).(3) There were very significant differences in the treatment group between patientsafter treatment and those before treatment on Vm of VA，Vm of BA (P<0.05), andthere was a significant difference in the control group between patients after treatmentand those before treatment on Vm of BA(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results show that the three-position acupoints acupuncture treatmentto cervical vertigo is more effective than traditional acupuncture about therapy of cervical vertigo. The three-position acupoints acupuncture treatment has moreadvantages about improvements the Vm of VA and BA,and more advantages aboutimprovements symptoms and function score than traditional acupuncture. It is worthpopularizing the three-position acupoints acupuncture treatment about therapy ofcervical vertigo.
