Analysis Forstatus Of Psychological Pressure In Late Pregnancy And Its Influence Factors

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the stress of the pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy psychological,factors clearly affect pregnant women produce psychological pressure,in order to identify factors that may be formed interventions not only provide reference for improving clinical practice Pregnancy Trimester inner state,and but also for the development of clinical psychological help pregnant women to relieve stress and improve the quality of pregnancy,safely through pregnancy intervention strategies to provide scientific reference.Methods: Using interviews and questionnaires,according to the inclusion criteria in July 2015 to August a maternity hospital maternity ward 160 pregnant women as research subjects,the survey tool used mainly pregnant women in late pregnancy general information questionnaire,pregnancy stress scale,pregnant women,health-related quality of life table,the Hamilton anxiety scale,the Hamilton depression scale,Pittsburgh sleep prime number table(PSQI),family care index questionnaire and social support rating scale and the like.Measurement data obtained in this study using `x ± s,count data using frequency,percentage,etc.constitute a statistical description;rank sum test,Spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis statistical inference.Result:In this study,a total of 160 pregnant women participated in the survey,the use of questionnaires to 160 the number of parts,after the end of the investigation audited complete questionnaires 158 copies,which meet the requirements of the study 155 questionnaires,the questionnaire response rate 96.88%.Pregnancy Stress Scale test results: total score after 28 weeks of pregnancy pregnant psychological pressure 1.80 + 0.44;pressure source: In order to protect the health and safety of the fetus in pregnant women caused by maternal psychological stress score ranked first in three pressure source bit highest score of 2.25 + 0.71;pregnant women because of changes in their body image and external activities of daily living caused by maternal psychological stress scored in second place,1.99 + 0.70;fathers and mothers as parents agree the role of psychological stress caused by the lowest score of 1.48 + 0.38.Correlation analysis showed: positive objective events,life events,objective support,anxiety and psychological pressure in late pregnancy was positively correlated,negatively correlated with subjective factors support and depression and mental stress of pregnant women in late pregnancy was,(P <0.05).By ANOVA found education level,number of pregnancies,parity,pre-delivery mode on maternal psychological pressure in late pregnancy was not statistically significant,(P> 0.05)and unplanned pregnancy on pregnant women in late pregnancy there was psychological pressure significance(P <0.05).The number of pregnant,plan to become pregnant,want to choose painless,events subjective and objective events(OE),positive life events,negative life events,social life events,subjective support,objective support,depression and anxiety,the pressure source 1,pressure source 2,source 3 as the independent variable,equation to psychological pressure in pregnant women in late pregnancy as the dependent variable,using SPSS18.0 for multiple linear regression analysis found that there are three variables were entered into the regression equation,the pressure source 2,n life events and anxiety(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The survey found that pregnant women in late pregnancy psychological pressure level which is generally moderate.2.The program is the third trimester of pregnancy psychological stress related factors.3.The objective of positive events,life events,subjective support,objective support,anxiety,depression is psychological pressure in late pregnancy related factors.4.Pregnant women after 28 weeks of pregnancy,the more things in life,life experience,psychological generate higher levels of anxiety and depression,the greater the support given to the objective aspect,psychological pressure on pregnant women during this period produced greater 5.In order to protect the health and safety of the fetus in pregnant women caused by maternal psychological stress,positive events objectively and anxiety are the main factors of psychological pressure of women in late pregnancy.
