Clinical Study On Sangqi Shouwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

purpose:By observing the treatment of Sangqi Shouwu Decoction in the treatment of ac ute cerebral infarction(liver and kidney yin deficiency type)patients with homocyst eine score,ability of daily living score,TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score,to evaluate the clinical effect of Sangqi Shouwu recipe Curative effect.method:According to the random grouping method,72 cases of acute cerebral infarction(liver and kidney yin deficiency type)patients in the emergency department and critical care department of Kunming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Chenggong District)were divided into a treatment group of 36 cases and a control group of 36 cases.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with "Sangqi Shouwu Fang" granules in addition to the basic Western medicine treatment.The observation course of treatment lasted 14 days.The homocysteine value(Hcy),ability of daily living score(ADL),neurological deficit score(NIHSS),and TCM syndrome score(TCM)of the included patients before and after treatment were observed.result:1.After treatment in the two groups,the Hcy of ACI patients decreased,and the Hcy of Sangqi Shouwu Prescription combined with conventional Western medicine was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment in the two groups,the ability of daily living score(ADL),neurological deficit score(NIHSS),and TCM syndrome score(TCM)all changed,and the scores of Sangqi Shouwu prescription combined with western medicine routine group changed significantly.In the control group(P<0.05).in conclusion:1.Sangqi Shouwu Decoction can effectively reduce the concentration of homocysteine and reduce the severity of the acute phase of cerebral infarction(liver and kidney yin deficiency type).2.Sangqi Shouwu Decoction can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction(liver and kidney yin deficiency),promote the recovery of neurological deficit symptoms,improve the ability of daily living,and promote the recovery of the disease.
