Based On The Theory Of "The Same Origin Of Ethyl And Decyl",the Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Bushen Huoxue Decoction On Senile Hypertension And Depression(Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Tagnation And Blood Stasis)was Discussed

Objective: Based on the theory of "ethyl-decyl homology",to explore the clinical effect of "Bushen Huoxue Decoction" on elderly patients with hypertension and depression(syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation and blood stasis).Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 elderly patients with hypertension and depression(syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation and blood stasis)were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n = 40)and control group(n = 40).Two groups of patients were given psychological intervention,lifestyle intervention and amlodipine sulfonate tablet(luohuoxi)5 mg,once a day treatment,observation group was added with a dose of jiawei bushen huoxue decoction a day,half an hour after breakfast and dinner,the treatment period was 8 weeks.After treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,GDS score,cortisol,angiotensin II and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in 2 groups were observed,and statistical analysis was performed.Results: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups decreased,observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05);After treatment,blood pressure in both groups decreased,and observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,HAMD score and GDS score in 2 groups decreased,and observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,cortisol(COR)and angiotensin II(Ang II)were decreased,while brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)was increased in 2 groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Flavored kidney huoxue soup intervention of elderly hypertension and depression(kidney liver blood stasis)in patients with curative effect,can improve patients with TCM syndrome,improve hypertension treatment and reduce depression scale(HAMD,GDS)score,lower serum COR,Ang II,elevated serum BDNF,and have good security,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
