| Objective:The study aims to controlled clinical trials,evaluate the therapeutic effect of the special Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription named "Huatantongru" decoction treating postpartum hypogalactia.Method:In this study,we divided 76 patients of postpartum hypogalactia into the treatment group and the control group randomly. Each group has 38 cases. Treatment group were treated with "Huatantongru"decoction which is 2 times a day.while in the control group, Tongru Keli(produced by liaoning Herbpex Pharmaceutical Co..I.td.)was used. It is 3 times a day and two bags each time. Two groups of patients were treated for three days for a period of treatment, Statistical analysis was performed after two course.Results:(1)The clinical symptom integrals between the two groups after treatment, which had remarkable difference with two group(P< 0.05).Faster onset of drug treatment group was significantly better than the control group. (2)In the treatment group,the overall success rate was 97.22%.In the control group,the overall success rate was 77.78%,which had remarkable difference with two group(P<0.05).Conclusions:"Huatantongru"decoction is an safe, effective in the management of postpartum hypogalactia.It is good at dredging collateral channels and promoting breast milk secretion than Tongru Keli.Further randomized controlled studies are necessary to better evaluate long-term results. |
