Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Pattern Type Stage2Hypertension With Buyiganshen Prescription

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy through liver and kidney tonic treatment ofelderly patients with hypertension （2） of kidney Yin deficiency pattern and to explore itsmechanism.Methods：Screening100patients60to79-year-old unconsolidated major diseasessuffering from hypertension（2）of kidney Yin deficiency pattern.Then, divide them intotwo groups,the treatment group with50cases,given Chinese medicine liver and kidneytonic prescription combined with Western medicine Lotensin to treat,control group with50cases,only given western medicine Lotensin.Results：1. According to the research， we find that both two groups can significantlylower blood pressure （P <0.05）,the antihypertensive efficacy of the two groups arerespectively96%and92%, no significant differences （P>0.05）， but the treatment groupin the lower contraction pressure aspects more effective than the control group （p <0.05）.2.Treatment group can be significantly improved clinical symptoms,There wassignificant difference between both groups （P<0.05）.3.The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group and control group are0，10%，the level of treatment group is lower than control group （P <0.05）.Conclusion：Bu Yi Gan Shen prescription of elderly patients with hypertension （2）of kidney Yin deficiency pattern can improve clinical symptoms significantly and reducesystolic blood pressure, and can effectively suppress the side effects of Lotensin.
