Objective: The purpose of this research is to study the clinical effect of Bushen Yigan Decoction in treating Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment(PD-MCI)of liver and kidney insufficiency,and to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: From August 2016 to August 2018,80 PD-MCI patients with hepatorenal insufficiency were admitted to the geriatrics and encephalopathy clinics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with dopazide tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Buyigan Shen Recipe on the basis of the control group.By comparing the scores of TCM syndromes,clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes,Unified Parkinson's Disease Score Scale(UPDRS I,UPDRS II,UPDRS III),Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39),serum uric acid and homocysteine levels before and after the treatment of PD-MCI,and the Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)at the 4th,8th and 12 th weekends before treatment between the two groups,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)score to evaluate the efficacy of this prescription in the treatment of PD-MCI.Result:(1)Clinical curative effect of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total effective rate of tremor syndrome in the treatment group was 82.5%,while that in the control group was 62.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate of MCI in the treatment group was 90% and that in the control group was 72.5%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparisons of TCM syndromes scores: 1)After treatment,TCM syndromes scores of tremor in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01).(2)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of MCI in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)UPDRS I,UPDRS II and UPDRS III scales: After treatment,UPDRS I,UPDRS II and UPDRS III scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of PDQ-39 scores: After treatment,the PDQ-39 scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01).(5)MOCA scale score comparison: two groups of patients after treatment of MOCA scale score were higher than before,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(6)Comparing the scores of MMSE scale: After treatment,the scores of MMSE scale in both groups were higher than before,and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01).(7)Comparison of changes in serum UA: Compared withbefore treatment,UA in both groups increased after treatment,and the change of UA in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(8)Comparison of changes in serum Hcy level: Compared with before treatment,Hcy in both groups decreased after treatment,and the change in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P < 0.05).
