Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Du Cold Type Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS)by Bu Shen Qiang Du Prescription

Objective: Under the guidance of TCM theory,observing the effect of Bu Shen Qiang Du prescription combined with SASP tablets as well as diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets objectively and thoroughly,on AS(kidney deficiency and Du cold type)was conducted objectively and carefully.The pain score,Pasteurella score,clinical indicators,inflammatory markers and clinical symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine were evaluated effectively before and after treatment,and the curative effect of Bushen Qiang Du prescription in the treatment of AS was determined.Methods: All the cases came from the Department of rheumatism of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and all the cases from April 2017 to December 2017.According to the sample size calculation and the objective situation,60 cases of AS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with Bu Shen Qiang Du prescription combined with SASP tablets as well as diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets.However,the control group was given tablets as well as diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets.Two groups were treated for 3 months.According to the standard of curative effect the subjects were observed,and the safety indexes were detected on schedule,and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0 software.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and the control group was 83.33%,The two groups had good therapeutic effects.Bu Shen Qiang Du prescription can reduce the VAS pain score,BASDAI score and BASFI score of AS patients,shorten the distance between occipital wall,finger to ground distance,reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein inflammation index,and also improve the clinical symptoms and signs of AS significantly.During the whole treatment process,the subjects hadn't drug allergy.But there were 1 cases in the experimental group,and 3 cases in the control group had symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort,such as abdominal pain and diarrhea,and disappeared after symptomatic treatment.After treatment,the safety index of the two groups was reviewed(no abnormalities before treatment).Only 2 patients in the control group had elevated ALT.After treatment,the liver function returned to normal.Conclusion: Bushen Qiang Du prescription can reduce the VAS pain score,BASDAI score and BASFI score of AS patients,shorten the distance between occipital wall,finger to ground distance,reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein inflammation index.It can also improve the clinical symptoms and signs of AS significantly.The scheme can not only achieve good clinical effect,but also play an important advantage on reducing the side effects of Western medicine.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
