The Effectness Of Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction Cure The Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective: Use Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction to treat the Rheumatoid Arthritis(Liver and kidney deficiency type),observe the influence of the Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction to patients,.To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the safty and mechanism of the Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction on the Liver and kidney deficiency type of rheuma toid arthritis.Method:The cases were selected from the Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to the syndrome differentiation of liver and kidney deficiency in the Department of Rheumatology.The pa tients were divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to the method of random digital table.the Control group with Methotrexate Tablets and celebrax as the basis of drugs,the other based on the treatment in control group and take Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction.After 12 weeks,the clinical symptoms,physical signs,pain scores and ESR-CRP of the two groups were observed and recorded.applied SPSS20.0 software to analyze the data and compare the differences between the two groups.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction.Results: Two cases of exfoliation during observation(Experimental group 1 case,control group 1 case).The final completion of 58 cases.After t test,the clinical symptom,total pa in score,disease activity,ESR and CRP in experimental group and control group were significantly decreased,and the main TCM symptoms improved obviously,such as morning stiffness,joint pain swelling,weak waist and knees,tinnitus,Fatigue,night sweat s,etc.,The experimental group was superior to the control group,the total effective rate was 93.1 in the experimental group and 89.6in the control group.(P <0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group has better results than control group in general.That i s to say,Compared with simply using Western medicine,the combination of Bu Shen Qiang Gu Chu Bi Decoction and the Western medicine is more safety and efficacy in treating RA,which is belong to Liver and kidney deficiency type.It is safe and reliable.
