| Objective: By using the patients with chronic hepatitis B as our research population,to observe the clinical symptoms, physical signs and experimental verifications of colontreatment, to discuss its ability of stabilizing liver function and improving clinicalsymptoms. to explore the new thoughts and new methods to cure chronic hepatitis B.Method: Choose70patients with chronic hepatitis B as our research population,randomly divide them into two equal groups,35of them take treatment orally and the othergroup takes colon treatment. Using one month as a period to observe the differencebetween before and after treatment, to record and grade the symptoms and physical signsas well. Furthermore, detect the index of healing effect: index of liver function (ALT、AST、GGT、ALB、A/G, TBil), index of serum etiology and the grades of Medical Imaging.Meanwhile, monitor the safety index such as blood, urine, excrement, electrocardiogram,kidney function and etc. Use all the data to begin the Statistical analysis, to determine thehealing effect and the safety of the treatment.Result: After one month of treatment. Two groups of patients have no significantdifference (P>0.05) based on comprehensive effects and the recovery of liver function.Conclusion: Gan Bing San Hao treatment has good effect on protecting liver andlowering enzyme, and colon treatment can be absorbed by colon and has a very goodhealing effect. As a result, colon treatment can be used as an effective method to curechronic hepatitis B. |
