Wu Jutong(1758--1836),an outstanding scientist of science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine in Qing dynasty,who was born in Huaiyin of Jiangsu Province,whose given nameis Tangand style name is Peiheng.Because the father can't afford the disease,he bought a lot of medical books,and concentrated on medicine.Wu without Inheritance,no teachers,was diligent to discrimination in clinical and brave to innovation,Combing his many years of clinical experience,He created the theoretical system of TCM triple energizer and wrote "Wen Bing Tiao Bian".In his old age,he wrote "Wu Jutong case","medicine medical book",which recorded plenty of clinical practices and experience."Wen Bing Tiao Bian " had many theories to guide clinical practice,"Wu Jutong case " took advantage of practices to verify the theory,they were complemented each other."Medicine book " was the unfinished part of the two books mentioned above,Except to discussing relevant exogenous diseases,it also described many miscellaneous diseases treatment and the way of medication.This paper mainly focuses on three well-known books written by Wu Jutong,and sums up and sorts out the Wu in the guidance of Sanjiao differentiation theory under the drug characteristics,and summaries in the treatment of exopathic disease and miscellaneous diseases of the drug experience,provide a reliable theoretical basis for basic research and clinical practice.The research content mainly includes five aspects: 1.Flexible dose.In the treatment of the upper Jiao,middle Jiao,lower jiao,the guidance of medication is flexible and have special treatment in special circumstances.2.The form of medication is changeable.Such as pill,powder,ointment,each form has its own merits.Wu utilizated different medication form to treat different constitution in order to satisfactory curative effect.3.Use the medicine exactly.Inducting the medicines into affected channel has always been a meridian theory,on the basis of that,Wu developed the theory.He especially attached great importance to “man as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm” theory,made full use of the director of animal medicine,plant medicine,cited by the play effect,to help the medicine to the sick.4.Pay attention to decocting method.According to different conditions,different drugs,choose different decocting method,is conducive to play the role of medicine,help to restore the disease.5.Pay attention to internal and external treatment.Using internal and external treatment and acupuncture and medicine treatment.Wu specialized in oral Chinese medicine for treating diseases,and often according to the condition,determined the specific treatment or acupuncture treatment etc.He deployed a variety of therapies combining treatment which generated obvious advantages,not only can learn from each other,but also can reach the final goal of treatment through a variety of ways.The methods mentioned above are inherited and developed.Through the above research,we can have a deeper understanding of the Wu Jutong administration features and strategies,it can guide us in clinical practice and drug regimen,improve our level of the way of seasonal febrile disease theory to guide clinical practice.
