The Clinic And Experiment Study On The Effect Of Hepato-protection By Colon-drip Medication With Hepatoprotection-3 Decoction

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of hepato-protective and descending transaminase function by herbal decoction through colon-drip medication.Methods: The experiment research is that: Give medicine to chronic hepatic-damnification rats through administration by gavage and coloclysis, observe the levels change of serumal transaminase. The clinic research is that: Use Hepatoprotection-3 Decoction to treat chronic hepatitis B patients through colon-drip medication and oral medication, observing the change of clinical symptom, physical sign, and hepatic function.Result: The experiment research indicated: Both of modes with this decoction can descend the serumal ALT, AST levels of chronic hepatic-damnification rats (P<0.05), improve the condition of diet, reduce the degree of intumescent liver. The clinic observe indicated: This decoction effectively improve the clinical symptom, physical sign, and hepatic function. There is no difference between colon-drip medication and oral medication (P>0.05).Conclusion: Hepatoprotection-3 Decoction has effect hepato-protective and descend transaminase function ,and its colon-drip medication has effect function through intussusception by colon. As a effective medication mode, colon-drip medication can use for treating chronic hepatitis B on clinic.
