"three Grass Soup Before Ann" Rectum Drip Clinical And Experimental Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective:Through clinical and experimental research, to explore the clinical effect, security and functionary mechanism of Sancaoanqian Decoction through rectum drip method on treating chronic prostatitis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Sancaoanqian Decoction through rectum drip method, in control group, patients were given suppository of wild chrysanthemum flower through tampon anus method. Each group took 10 days as a course of treatment, the second course of treatment was began after 4-day-stops.After two courses of treatment, observe the changes of Chinese medicine symptom integration、NIH-CPSI integration、EPS lecithin small body、EPS white blood cell、EPS germiculture and observe the untoward reaction in both groups, conduct synthetical effective evaluation. Through skin stimulus test、rectal mucosa stimulus test to observe the security of Sancaoanqian Decoction used by external method.Results:Before treatment, general data in both two groups had no obvious difference (P>0.05);After treatment, both two groups had obvious differences in Chinese medicine symptom integration、NIH-CPSI integration、EPS lecithin small body、EPS white blood cell and synthetical curative effect (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Befor or after treatment, they had no evident differences in germiculture positive rate and untoward reaction (P>0.05); Compared with control group, there was no evident differences in skin stimulus test and rectal mucosa stimulus test(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sancaoanqian Decoction through rectum drip method on treating chronic prostatitis (syndrome of damp heat with stasis) was secure and effective.
