Research On The Characteristics Of Medication And Academic Thoughts Of Febrile Diseases In Si Shi Bing Ji Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study focuses on the collation of Si Shi Bing Ji,combining traditional literature collation methods with modern data mining methods,and systematically sorting out the book’s version,author’s biography,and character relationships based on the preface and postscript to Si Shi Bing Ji;By systematically sorting out Shao Buqing’s prescriptions for treating febrile diseases,we will deeply explore Shao Buqing’s characteristics of medication and academic thoughts.With a view to discovering new knowledge and enriching Shao Buqing’s academic thinking research on the differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases.Methods:Literature research method:Using traditional literature collation methods such as catalog survey,collation,and textual research to collect and analyze relevant books and papers,investigate Shao Buqing’s book writing process,the version inheritance of Si Shi Bing Ji,and Shao Buqing’s academic characteristics.Data mining method:Using the relevant volumes of Si Shi Bing Ji,such as spring warm disease,damp-warm,Latent summer heat,Winter-warm Syndrome,and Wen Poison,as the data source,extract Shao Buqing’s prescription for treating febrile diseases,and further reference the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,Chinese Materia Medica and Chinese Pharmacology to standardize the data.Using mathematical statistical methods,the frequency,efficacy,nature,taste,and meridian tropism of single traditional Chinese medicine contained in the prescription Si Shi Bing Ji were statistically analyzed.Use the Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to perform association rule analysis on high-frequency drugs,and obtain drug compatibility combinations by adjusting support and confidence levels;Using Gephi 0.9.2 software to obtain a complex network of febrile diseases drugs,and using K-core algorithm to filter the nodes in the complex network graph to obtain core drugs;IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to perform systematic cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs to obtain drug combinations.And compare and analyze the five types of mining results.Induction analysis:Based on the data mining results,combined with the literature analysis,summed up Shao Buqing’s the characteristics of medication and academic thoughts on distinguishing and treating febrile disease.Results:Si Shi Bing Ji is a family heirloom of the Shao family,spanning five generations,from Shao Buqing to his son Shao Luzhan,Sun Shao Chunquan,his great-grandson Shao Bingyang,his great-grandson Shao Jingyao,and Shao Jingkang.There are 16 prefaces and postscripts for different versions of the book,and the versions can be divided into three systems,namely,the engraving system,the lithographic system,and the transcript system.Its academic characteristics are mainly reflected in the emphasis on premining theory,inheritance and promotion,selection of prescriptions based on symptoms,and flexibility in medication.The data mining results show that 54 prescriptions are included in spring warm disease,72 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are used,and the high frequency drugs includ Scutellaria Baicalensis,Jujubae Fructus,Paeonia Lactiflora,Ophiopogonis Radix,Gypsum Fibrosum,etc.The drug combinations includ Scutellaria Baicalensis-Jujubae Fructus-Paeonia Lactiflora,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Natrii Sulfas,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Ophiopogonis Radix,etc.The obtained prescriptions are Huangqin Decoction,Dual Releasing Powder,Liangge powder,Fumai Decoction,Qingzao Jiufei Decoction;There are 73 prescriptions for dampness and temperature,102 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are used,and high-frequency drugs include Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Gypsum Fibrosum,Rhinoceros unicornis L.The drug compatibility combinations include Attactylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Alismatis Rhizoma,Paeonia Lactiflora-Rhinoceros unicornis L.-Radix Rehnanniae Exsiccata,Pinelliae Rhizoma-Zingiberos Rhizoma,etc.The resulting formulas are Xiexin decoction,Zixue,Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,and Yunv decoction;63 prescriptions were included in Fuxia.and 97 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used.The high frequency drugs includ Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Gypsum Fibrosum,The drug combinations include Poria-Alismatis Rhizoma,Polyporus-A lismatis Rhizoma,Alismatis Rhizoma-Cinnamomi Cortex,etc.The resulting formulas are Wuling Powder,Polyporus Powder,Zihe Guiling Ganluyin,Liangge Powder and Xiangru Decoction;Winter-warm Syndrome is included in 45 prescriptions,using 81 types of traditional Chinese medicine.High frequency drugs include Scutellariae Radix,Paeonia Lactiflora,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Gypsum Fibrosum,Jujubae Fructus,etc.The drug compatibility combinations include Cinnamomi Ramulus-Jujubae Fructus-Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Paeonia Lactiflora-Cinnamomi Ramulus,etc.The resulting formulas are Maxing Shigan Decoction,Geizhi Shengdi Decoction,and Liangyi Gao;There are 95 prescriptions for Wen Poison,using 122 types of traditional Chinese medicine.The high-frequency drugs include Scutellariae Radi,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Natrii Sulfas,Gypsum Fibrosum,Gardeniae Fructus,etc.The drug compatibility combinations include Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Natrii Sulfas,Scutellariae Radi-Forsythiae Fructus,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,etc.The resulting formulas are Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,Jingfang Baidu Powder,Renshen Huaban Decoction,and Tongsheng Powder.Shao Buqing’s thought on treating febrile diseases mainly includes:attaching equal importance to eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the body,combining multiple syndrome differentiation methods such as syndrome differentiation of the six meridians,syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue,and syndrome differentiation of Triple Energizer,and treating Wen Poison and epidemic pathogenic factors by resolving them.Conclusion:In Si Shi Bing Ji,the differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases are mainly based on antipyretic drugs,tonifying drugs,and antipyretic drugs.The drug properties are mainly cold and warm,and the drug flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and spicy.It mainly focuses on the spleen,lung,stomach,and heart meridians.The drug use has the characteristics of "light" and "spiritual".spring warm disease mainly uses drugs for clearing heat and nourishing yin;The main choice of damp-warm is to clear away heat and dampness,strengthen the spleen and replenish qi;For Latent summer heat,drugs that can clear heat,nourish yin,warm,protect yang,and remove dampness are often used;In Winter-warm Syndrome,drugs for clearing heat,dispersing cold,relieving external symptoms,and nourishing yin are often used;"Most drugs for Wen Poison are selected,which can clear away heat and detoxify,attack and relieve heat,penetrate and disperse diuresis,and nourish yin and promote fluid production.".Shao Buqing’s academic thought on the differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases mainly includes attaching equal importance to eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the body,with a combination of multiple syndrome differentiation methods,and treating the pathogenic factors of Wen Poison by resolving them.
