ObjectiveThis research through "clinical research of Bingyanqing NO.15 decoction "in the treatment of bronchitis caused by postnasal drip syndrome, and observe the improvement symptoms, the judgment of Patients, the cough disappeared time, overall curative effect, make statistical analysis and clinical evaluation of the results, finally provide an traditional Chinese medicine preparations can be effective for the treatment of postnasal drip syndrome.MethodsThe clinical trial design using random, positive drug control, subjects in Shenzhen hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 January to 2015 February in Department of respiration diagnosed as postnasal drip syndrome patients with 70 cases of chronic cough, randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases(Bingyanqing NO.15 decoction),35 cases in the control group of Western medicine. The treatment group received oral Bingyanqing NO.15 decoction (composed Magnolia log,angelica log,pinellia log, Chinese Ephedra log, Almond log, perillae log, cassia twig log, Asarum 3g, Schisandra 5g, Houttuynia cordata 30g, Baikal Skullcap 20g, licorice log), day one potion, two times a day for one week;the control group was treated with oral Loratadine lomg qn and Roxithromycin Capsules 0.15g qd, for 2 weeks.Results1. After treatment the symptoms integral improvement:two groups of cases before and after treatment of cough, cough up phlegm integral comparison, P <0.05, significant difference, with statistical significance. Show two groups of treatment of PNDS caused by cough, cough up phlegm, postnasal drip, and sore throat are effective. And group of comparison difference after treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group, P<0.05, the difference was very significant. The curative effect of treatment of PNDS that Chinese traditional medicine group was obviously higher than that of western medicine group.2. after treatment with subjective evaluation is:observation group after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine group was 85%, the western medicine group 43%. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group, P<0.05, extremely significant difference.3. from the point of improving the effect of the frequency of cough,1 week to biggest drop in Chinese traditional medicine group, the second western medicine group. That disease isBingyanqing NO.15 decoction, can quickly relieve a cough, significantly shorten the course of treatment. Observation group curative effect is superior to western medicine, Chinese medicine group (P<0.05).ConclusionAccording to the result of clinical observation, the following conclusion are obtained:Bingyanqing NO.15 decoction in the treatment of postnasal drip syndrome,in the improvement symptoms, the judgment of Patients, the cough disappeared time and overall curative effect, were better than western medicine group.
