Rectal Drip Combined With Drug Treatment Of Liver Clinical Study Of Qi Stagnation Type Chloasma

Objective: To study ease scattered rectal drip irrigation combined with the clinical curative effect of the powder of seven white mask external application in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type chloasma,provide a new method for the treatment of melasma.Methods: This study were selected into the diagnosis of stagnation of liver Qi type chloasma and agreed to the system in the treatment of 60 cases of patients with,of 60 patients with chloasma with were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the experimental group: Xiaoyao Powder rectal drip irrigation with seven white powder mask group 30 people;control group: Xiaoyaosan oral combined with seven white powder mask 30 people.Two groups of patients before each treatment,one month after treatment,after treatment with the camera and the six generation of VISIA skin test instrument of the UV photographed spots and brown spots index.The use of statistical software SPSS19.0 on the clinical efficacy of statistical analysis,P < 0.05,there was significant difference,do the final evaluation on the curative effect.Results: after two months of therapy in the course of the experiment,the observed experimental group,5 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,invalid in 2 cases.In the control group,cured in 3 cases,7 cases markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,8 cases invalid,a comparison of the two P < 0.05,said two groups have significant differences,with statistical significance.The two group after treatment the total effective rate was 93.33% and 73.33%.Experimental results show that the Chinese herbs rectal drip irrigation combined with powder of seven white mask external application treatment of chloasma is better than that of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external application of seven white powder mask,can obviously reduce the melanin content in the skin,reduce skin pigmentation.Conclusion: the research results show Xiaoyao Powder rectal drip irrigation combined with powder of seven white mask external application in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type chloasma has good treatment effect,reduce the recurrence rate,found no adverse reactions and side effects after treatment,offers a new therapeutic method for cosmetic dermatology department further in the treatment of chloasma.
