Objective:To realize the mental health status of the Ouyang Hai irrigation channel immigrations,to explore the major problem of immigrations, and its the influence factors. It may bebased on making police for the government and adopting the specific interventions in thefuture.Method:This dissertation takes the random group sampling method. It first had a randomselection of immigrants in incorporated villages in each study area and township. Then itrandomly selects160immigration cases and160local resident cases among the eligiblevillages. They were tested with general situation questionnaires, SCL-90and SRSS, tostudy on mental health and the influence factors in the Ouyang Hai irrigation channelimmigrations.Results:1. The state of mental health of Ouyang Hai irrigation channel immigrations:According to the positive screening on criterion of one or more factor average score≥3,the proportion of local residents with psychological problems was6.88%, and that ofimmigrations was14.38%. According to the positive screening on criterion of aggregatescore>160, the proportion of local residents with psychological problems was6.25%, andthat of immigrations was13.12%. Immigrations’ each factor score and aggregate score inSCL-90were higher than those of the local residents(P<0.05). There were no differencebetween before immigration’s the social support score and those of local residents(P>0.05),but the immigration’s the social support score were lower than that of beforemigrant (P <0.05), and were lower than that of the local residents (P <0.05). 2. The influence factors of Ouyang Hai irrigation channel immigrations: The SCL-90each factor score or aggregate score of immigrations was concerned with age, sex, culturaldegree, occupation, family income and social support (P<0.05). The psychological statusof female immigration was worse than that of men immigration. The psychological statusof middle-aged immigration was worse than the older and youth. The lower the level ofcultural degree was, the higher each factor score of SCL-90was(P<0.05), and the worsethe mental health of immigrations was(P<0.05). The mental health of non-farmerimmigrations was higher than that of farmer immigrations. The SCL-90each factor scoreof immigration family with higher income was higher than that of family with lowerincome (P<0.05). The mental health of those getting higher social support of immigrationswere better than those who getting lower social support.Conclusions:1. The mental health status of Ouyang Hai irrigation channel immigrations is worsethan that of the local residents. The proportion of immigrant with one or more factorsaverage score≥3is14.38%and the proportion of immigrant with aggregate score>160is13.12%, and the immigrants may do further mental health detection.2. The state of mental health of Ouyang Hai irrigation channel immigrations isconcerned with age, sex, cultural degree, occupation, family income. The incidence rate ofpsychological problems of immigrants may be that the aged35-55group is higher than thatof the under35age group and above56group, female is higher than male, those withprimary education and below is higher than those with junior high education and above,non-farmer is higher than farmer, and those with a more than RMB6000family income ishigher than those with less than RMB6000.
