Objective: Through the investigation of the mental health status of medical staffs in Urumqi, to understand the mental health of medical staffs.According to the analysis of the situation and the influencing factors, to improve the mental health status of infectious diseases in Urumqi City, to reduce the level of anxiety, to maintain physical and mental health, and to promote the healthy development of health care and Provide scientific basis. Method: 1)Literature analysis: Through the literature, to understand the mental health status and its influencing factors, and to select the mature questionnaire.2)Questionnaire survey method: to take the whole group sampling method to the all medical personnel of the Department of Infectious diseases. Nephropathy, Hematology, Endocrinology, respiration of the first Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, and all medical personnel in the hospital of infectious diseases.The mental health status and its influencing factors of infectious diseases were investigated by using the symptom checklist SCL-90, simple coping style questionnaire, social support rating scale, Investigation and analysis of the mental health status and the influencing factors of the infectious diseases and health care workers, the questionnaire was distributed in 447 copies, 412 copies of questionnaires, the recovery rate of 92.2%; 405 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate was 98.3%. Results: 1)General situation: the basic situation of the medical staff in the infectious department and the General Department of internal medicine, the two groups have significant difference in age structure, income, marital status, professional title, education level and working age(P < 0.01), Infectious diseases and health care workers: Under the age of 30 years accounted for 62.9%, Monthly income less than 4000 yuan accounted for 48.2%, Monthly income less than 5000 yuan accounted for only 23.2%, unmarried people accounted for 51.8%, 69.6% of the primary level, undergraduate and undergraduate education accounted for 92%, Working years less than 4 years accounted for 44.6%, Compared with the ordinary Department of internal medicine health care workers, infectious diseases and health care workers age structure is younger, the monthly income is low, the proportion of unmarried people is high, the low level of professional title, low education, short service; 2)In comparison of the factors and the total score of the infectious diseases and the national norm SCL-90, the 10 factors and the total score of the infectious diseases and health care workers were statistically significant(P < 0.05), The infectious diseases and health care workers in all factors were higher than the national norm, through two comparison of the medical personnel in the infectious department of forced, interpersonal sensitivity and other factors in the Department of internal medicine with no statistical significance(P> 0.05), Other factors were statistically significant; 3)Department of infectious diseases and medical coping style of medical personnel factors, backoff factor had statistical significance(P < 0.05), infectious diseases hospital personnel is higher than that of ordinary medical staff; 4)The social support of the medical staff in the Department of infectious diseases and health care personnel in the Department of internal medicine were evaluated by the objective factors, and there was a statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: 1) Infectious diseases and health care workers are relatively young, professional title and degree of education is lower, the income is lower than ordinary Department of Internal Medicine, 2) The mental health status of medical staff in infectious diseases is not optimistic, the indicators are lower than the national norm, some indicators are lower than the ordinary Department of internal medicine health care workers. 3)Infectious department medical staff in coping style is easy to appear Backoff phenomenon.4)The degree of social support of the medical staff in the Department of infectious diseases is lower than that of the ordinary Department of internal medicine.To take intervention measures to improve the response ability of medical personnel in infectious diseases and public health emergencies, improve the level of social support, to improve the mental health status of medical staff in infectious diseases.
