Analysis On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Mental Health Knowledge Of College Students In Jilin Province

Objective: To investigate the mental health knowledge awareness of some college students in Jilin Province,analyze the influencing factors of mental health knowledge awareness level,and provide scientific basis for formulating targeted strategies.To study the attitudes of college students towards common mental diseases,the recognition,attribution,ways of seeking help and attitudes of mental disorders and their influencing factors;To provide basic data for promoting mental health construction.Methods: 800 freshmen and seniors from 5 majors in 3 colleges and universities in Jilin province were selected by questionnaire.Descriptive research method was used to analyze the awareness rate of mental health knowledge,mental illness attitude and mental disorder recognition.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence factors of mental health awareness rate,mental illness attitude and mental disorder recognition.The correlation between mental health awareness level,mental illness attitude and mental disorder recognition was analyzed.Results: 1.There were 800 people in this survey,including 404 men(50.5%)and 396women(49.5%).The overall correct rate of mental health and mental health knowledge among college students in Jilin Province was 79.975%,that is,the overall awareness rate.Among them,the basic awareness rate reached 77.25%,the partial awareness rate reached21.25%,and the minor awareness rate was 1.375%.The male awareness rate was 78.71%,slightly lower than the female awareness rate of 80%.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the mental health knowledge level of college students in Jilin Province was affected by gender and student origin(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference.2.Jilin university school students attitude towards mental illness have divided into(35.64-4.53),26.45% of students attitude towards mental illness was positively sex,43.05%of students attitude towards mental illness is neutral,and 30.5% of students attitude hold negative attitude towards mental illness,which is neutral and negative attitude accounted for73.55%,is about 2.8 times that of the positive attitude.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the distribution of mental health knowledge publicity materials had a great impact on mental illness attitude,and the people who received the mental health knowledge publicity materials had a better cognition of mental illness(P<0.05),with a statistical difference.3.The overall mental disorder recognition of college students in Jilin Province is good,and the understanding of some mental diseases is not comprehensive enough.The basic understanding rate of mental disorder recognition of the whole students reached 58.05%,and the average score of all respondents for each question was 1.49 points,and the reference score was 0-2 points.In terms of attribution of mental disease,about 80% of college students think that psychological factors led to the mental illness,in obsessive-compulsive disorder disease name recognition and its clinical disease,most of the students understand the degree is higher,a basic understanding reached 76.63%,the anxiety score,minimum of five kinds of disease,a basic understanding of 43.63%.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender and grade had great influence on the recognition of mental disorders.The gender was female,and the higher the grade,the higher the recognition degree of mental disorder was(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference.4.The results showed that there were statistical differences between mental health knowledge,total score of mental illness attitude and demeaning score(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation,r=0.105.5.The results showed that there were statistical differences between mental health knowledge,total score of mental disorder recognition and score of demeaning dimension(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation,r= 0.235.Conclusion: The mental health related awareness of college students in Jilin Province is good,but some mental health dates are not well understood.In the aspect of mental illness attitude,negative and neutral attitude accounted for a relatively high proportion,compared with psychological problems in the explanation,definition,content,treatment and the incidence of mental illness items.Overall mental disorder recognition is good,some mental diseases are not comprehensive enough to understand,in obsessive-compulsive disorder disease factors,the degree of understanding of clinical manifestations is higher,the degree of understanding of anxiety disorder factors and clinical manifestations is relatively low.Efforts to improve the level of mental health knowledge level is not only to maintain mental health of the individual,is also to promote the government,the society more harmonious,reduce national health financial burden,promote social progress is an important part of,should with the social from all walks of life,such as medical institutions,schools,community work together to improve the level of knowledge of mental health,negative attitude shift people to mental disease,provide basic data for promoting the construction of mental health.
