In order to further experience in the treatment of the disease to the teacher the clinical efficacy of verification, this clinical study is designed.Objective:By looking at the use of the teacher treatment experience in the treatment of chronic heart failure, to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group 30 cases, on the basis of the western medicine treatment based on the use of teacher experience with fang for treatment; Control group 30 cases of single western medicine foundation was given a course of 4 weeks, the two groups to observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, cardiac function and heart function parameter, b-type brain natriuretic peptide and quality of life score and safety indicators.Results:The results showed:1, the patient’s clinical curative effect of TCM treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%(observation group) and 76.67%(control group); Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral are reduced from the previous, and after the test had statistical significance (p< 0.01); After treatment between two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral group differences on the treatment group than the control group significantly decreased (p< 0.05).2, treatment group after treatment in patients with Lee’s heart failure score improvement is more apparent, comparison between the two group patients were significant difference (p< 0.05).3, in terms of cardiac function classification, significance has significant difference between the two groups after treatment (p< 0.05).4, at the end of the two groups after treatment in patients with left ventricular contraction diameter were significantly lower, left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly elevated, significance and has significant difference compared with before treatment (p< 0.01), but the treatment group patients LVSD reducing and LVEF increased more obviously, has significant difference compared with the control group (p< 0.01).5, two groups of patients after treatment of BNP levels are lower than before treatment (p< 0.01), and the treatment group decreased significantly, the difference statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment (p< 0.01).6, two groups of patients after treatment of Minnesota heart failure integral was to reduce the quality of life (p< 0.01), and the treatment group the reduction is more obvious (p< 0.05).7, the treatment group and control group after the treatment were not obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Teacher experience clinical curative effect, combined with regular western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure and can better improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, enhance the cardiac systolic function, improve the diastolic function, improve the quality of life. |
