To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Zini Zhixuan Broth.on Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy

Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type (CSA) is the common type of cervical spondylopathy. The incidence of the disease is increasing year by year, and attacking younger age. It seriously affect the human life and work, which getting more and more attention by social and medical community. At present the pathogenesis of this disease was not very clear, although there are many treatments, the long-term curative effect is poor, and some therapies in clinical applications are affected by many restrictions. I have checked a lot of documents and also probes into the modern medical treatment on this disease. This research is based on Chinese medicine as the guide, combining the modern medicine to check the zini zhixuan of the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy (phlegmy wet block type), to determine the clinical curative effect.Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of zini zhixuan broth.on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy and the its mechanism.Method:Observe cervical myelopathy patients from December2010to April2012in Changhun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Divided them into treatment group and control group. Use zini zhixuan broth on treatment group,and the control group take flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,28days for a period of treatment.Result:The result shows the total effective rate of the treatment group;92.50%control group total effectiveness77.50%, P<0.05, between the two groups there exist significant differences.Conclusion:Zini zhixuan broth can invigorate spleen, promot qi, clear damp and reduce phlegm. Through the analysis of the results, the zini zhixuan broth can effectively improve of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy clinical symptoms,the curative effect is accurate.
