Vertebral Arterial InsufficiencyType cervical spondyiosis Disease(CSA) is one of the common diseases of cervical spondylopathy with a tendency ofattacking younger people and increasing ratio of invasion.It has attracted more andmore attention in medicinal field because of its great danger.There are varioustherapies now,but their continuous curable effects are poor and long-term effect isnot guaranteed.And there are many limits in clinical practice.This research is a clinical study of the therapy of CSA.huoxuezhixuan broth is used under the guidance of TCM theory combined with the findings of modern medicine aiming to observe the elffect of huoxuezhixuan broth and investigate its curable mechanism in order to find out its scientific basis for its popularization.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of huoxuezhixuan broth to deal with CSA probe its mechanism.Methods:80 cases of Cervical myelopathy were treated and observed from March 2007 to December 2008.They were randomly divided into two groups:observation group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The observation group of 40 cases was treated with huoxuezhixuan broth,and compared with the control group treated with Sibelium by the assessment of syndrome,four weeks a course.Results:The results showed a total effective rate of 90%in observation group in comparison with that of 47.5%in control group on the syndrome,P<0.05.To compare the results between the two groups,there existed significant difference.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the results,the study proved the huoxue zhixuan broth can benefit vital energy,promot blood flow,prevent vertigo.In conclusion,in dealing with Cervical Spondylopathy of Arty,Chinese medicinal herb is highly effective,safe and convenient.
