Adjustable Chinese Medicine Neck Pillow Combined With Head Rest Of Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective:Adjustable Chinese medicine Neck pillow combined with head rest of clinical observation on treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Methods:According to the principle of randomized,60patients with cervical spondylosis patients were randomly assigned in the neck pillow of Chinese medicine with adjustable head, the treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group) and conventional traction treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the control group), observed the general situation before and after treatment of patients, cervical vertebra curvature integral (cervical arc-string distance), cervical vertebra mobility integral, neck tenderness integral, neck pain points to work condition, sleep affects integral and clinical symptoms and signs of the total score improved index and the total effective rate.Results:Chinese medicine neck pillow with adjustable head treatment group cure in11cases, markedly effective in10cases, effective in8case, ineffective in1case, the total effective rate of96.7%, the cure rate36.7%.conventional traction control group cure in4cases, markedly effective in8cases, effective in14, and ineffective in4cases, the total effective rate was86.7%, the cure rate13.3%. Two groups of comparisons have significance difference (P<0.01), but the cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the rate in the control group. Before treatment, the treatment group symptoms, signs and the quality of life score of19.40±1.48, compared with19.60±1.55, both does not have significant difference (P>0.05), the outcome specific numerical reference table6. The treatment group symptoms, signs and the quality of life score of3.80±2.67, compared with6.60±4.55, before and after treatment, points difference of treatment group was15.60±2.66, compared with13.00±4.28, the treatment group and control group improve index were0.806±0.134,0.667±0.225. The treatment group and control group after treatment, symptoms, signs and the quality of life, total score points difference and improve index is significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:two treatment of cervical spondylopathy symptoms related all have a therapeutic effect, such as cervical curvature recovery, neck pain and tenderness relief, cervical vertebra activity levels of cervical spondylosis recovery, and ability to work to improve sleep quality impact. But the curative effect of Chinese medicine neck pillow with adjustable head rest of treatment group is better than conventional traction.
