Objective:To establish scientific and canonical clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for retention of food in Children, Which play a role in clinical treatment, through literature study, Delphi method expert consult survey, and expert meetings.Methods:Through Delphi method expert consult survey which based on the literature study, Analysis and record investigation results into database statistical, then organize expert conference.Final to establish clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for retention of food in Children combined with expert opinion. Literature study include ancient literature and modern literature,it completely collecte about retention of food in Children in TCM etiology, diagnosis, typing, prescriptiongs, medicines, etc. Though searching ancient books, ancient document database, the Chinese journal full-text database, etc.and then on target literature evaluation in literature quality. Statistical method of Deliphi expert questionnaire survey is statistical analysis for average (X), unimportant percentage (R), grading (S), coefficient of variation(CV), etc.Then get the results of the extent and level of coordination of experts’opinion of various indexes.Results:Searching the Chinese journal full-text database (CJFD,1990—2010), There are56literatures conformed to request goal. After researching ancient and modern literatures about retention of food in Children, turned the first round of experts questionaire, using key words"Retention of Food","food accumuiation",The first and second cousultation table returns-ratio is80%,91.43%respectively. According to two rounds of survey results, refer to the Chinese pediatricians observations,Formation of TCM diagnosis and treatment of infantile malnutrition guide draft.Ask4experts on the draft for review,Finally pass the experts Meeting argument,The clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for retention of food, which is scientific, canonical and consistent with the clinical practice is established ultimately.Conclusion:We successfully establish the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for retention of food in Children based on document study,Deliphi expert questionnaire survey, and expert meetings.
