The Research Of Clinic Guide Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Hematuria In Children

Objective:To establish scientific and standardized clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for hematuria in children through experts survey and meeting by Delphi method,which is based on literature research.Methods:1.Literature research:The methods combining manual research and computer database were applied to literature research,through which consult the literature materials concerning theory and clinical research about hematuria.By the literature study,some message will be collected including etiology and typing,treatment and so on.2.Experts survey:The expert questionnaires were made based on literature research.Effective questionnaires collected from three rounds survey were input to statistical analysis.And summarizing the opinion from experts to formulate the draft of the clinic guide of Traditional Chinese Medicine for hematuria in children.3.The expert meeting: Famous TCM pediatricians and methodology experts were invited to the meeting.The draft of the clinic guide was submitted to the experts and be demonstrated,which was completed after the conference.Results:1.Through Chinese journal full-text database(CJFD),842 references were retrieved which were conformed to the requirement,including 647 therapeutic references,195 theoretical research(107 literatures of experience introduction,88 papers about theoretical discussion and review).And the quality of the literature of therapeutic was evaluated,screening guidelines into standard with 309 references.2.31,32,34 effective questionnaires were recycled by three rounds and the experts positive coefficient were 91.6%,94.4%,97.2% respectively.Based on questionnaire the draft of the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for hematuria in children were compiled.3.Experts discussed the differences in the questionnaire and the draft guidelines,such as the type of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of other treatments.Then recovery and analysis experts,opinion to form the first draft of the guideline.Conclusions:1.Subject adopts literature research,expert questionnaire and expert demonstrates,the way to develop the preliminary clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for hematuria in children,which proved that this method is to develop guidelines with the feasibility of the method.2.Research group prepare the first draft of clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for hematuria in children,experts recognition is higher,being worthy of clinical application and promotion.
