ObjectiveThrough searching and organizing those published literatures of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment on Hypomenorrhea, the revised draft of TCM diagnosis and treatment guide of Hypomenorrhea, which plays a role of clinical guidelines is eventually came out, after the statistical analysis with the combination of Delphi method of three-round expert questionnaires as well as the arrangement of expert review conference based on literature research.MethodsThrough Delphi method expert consult survey which based on the literature study, Analysis and record investigation results into database statistical, then organize expert results. Final to establish and revise clinic guide of TCM for Hypomenorrhea.Literature study include ancient literature and modern literature, it completely collecte about retention of Hypomenorrhea in TCM etiology, diagnosis, typing, prescriptions, medicines, etc. Through searching ancient books, and the Chinese journal full-text database, etc. and evaluating in literature quality.Statistical method of Dephi expert answering survey is statistical analysis for average, important percentage, grading, coefficient of variation, Kendall’s W and so on. Then get the results of extent and level of coordination of experts opinion of various indexes.ResultsSearching the Chinese journal full-text database, There are 87 literatuers conformed to request. After researching ancient and modern literatures about retention of Hypomenorrhea, turned the first round of questionare. The cousultation table of first, second and third questionare is 100%,96.6%,100%. According to the results, refer to the Chinese gynecologist observation, Formation of TCM diagnosis and treatment of Hypomenorrhea guide draft.
