The Research Of Clinic Guide Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Pediatric Asthma

Objective: To establish scientific and canonical clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for prdiatric asthma by Delphi method. To estimate the role and status of Delphi method in medical research.Methods:â… Literature Research - Recalling the main paediatric ancient Chinese literature; drawing the Chinese periodical database on to consult the literature materials concernjing expositions and medcical records of pediatric asthma. Through literature research, some literatures will be collected since ancient times to modern, including pediatric asthma TCM diagnosis,typing,prescriptiongs and so on.â…¡Expert Survey - Using Deliphi questionnaire survey methed. In the questionnaires, average, unimportant percentage, grading, coefficient of variation are calculated to statistically analyze the extent and level of coordination of experts' opinion of various indexes. Through three round of questionnaire, preliminary clinic programme will be submitted, by experts demonstration, the clinic guide of prdiatric asthma was formated.Results: 109 literatures conformde to requst goal are retrieved by CJFD, aftert researching ancient and modern literatures, turned three rounds of experts questionaire, the cousultation table returns-ratio is 76.67%,93.60%,82.98% respectively. The expertise is centralized in the thrid round of experts questionaire, then finished consultation. Through Expert Meeting, the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for prdiatric asthma which is scientific,canonical and consistent with the clinical practice is established ultimately.Conclusion: We successfully establish the clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for prdiatric asthma by Delphi method that is a viable and effective way.
