A Questionnaire Study Of Clinic Guide Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: To establish a scientific and practice clinic guide of Traditional ChineseMedicine for pediatric nephrotic syndrome by expert questionnaire survey，which isalso known as Delphi method.Methods: Based on Literature Research，expert questionnaire survey and expert meetingsare adoptted to establish the clinic guide of Traditional Chinese Medicine forpediatric nephrotic syndrome.ⅠExpert questionnaire Survey: After the literature quantitative study donepreliminarily，the questionnaires for the first round of expert survy are worked outand sent to40experts selected in the nationwide.In the first questionnaires retrieved,average, unimportant percentage, grading, coefficient of variation are calculated tostatistically analyze the extent and level of coordination of experts’ opinion ofvarious indexes,and then put foward the various indexes of evaluation system again,and that is the second questionnaire.Send the questionnaires to the experts, retrieveand analyze them again, add diffrent opinions of some experts and form the thirdquestionnaire,and that is the first draft of the clinic guide of traditional Chinesemedicine for pediatric nephrotic syndrome.Send the third questionnaires to theexperts,retrieve and trim them,form the draft of the clinic guide of traditional Chinesemedicine for pediatric nephrotic syndrome to solicit opinions.Ⅱ Expert Meeting:Invite the famous TCM pediatrics experts and hold ademonstration meeting.Submit the draft of the clinic guide of traditional Chinesemedicine for paediatric nephrotic syndrome, experts are asked todiscuss and air their views about modification, and approve the clinic guide oftraditional Chinese medicine for pediatric nephrotic syndrome ultimately. Results: On the basis of literature research,three rounds of expert questionnaires areworked out,and three rounds of expert surveys are turned.Through thedemonstration of expert meetings and synthesizing all the experts ’ opinions,ascientific,canonical and practical clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicinefor pediatric nephrotic syndrome are established successfully.The studyprovides a canonical and practical clinic guide for the TCM paediatricsworkers,and settle the foundation for promoting the level of clinic diagnosisand treatment of the pediatric nephrotic syndrome consequently.Conclusion: In this study, evidence-based medicine principles are applied to TCMstandardization work,and that is a practice and exploration,the fact confirmsthe feasibility that evidence-based medicine principlesis can be applied toTCM standardization work once again and improvement it to make it perfectand more suitable for TCM standardization work.This study provides aneffective train of thought and method for the later similar reserchs of otherdiseases,which is an important contribution to the progress of TCMstandardization work.
