The Research Of Clinic Guide Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Mucocutaneous Lymph Node Syndrome

Objective:To establish scientific and canonical clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome through the analysis of survey results of experts and expert meetings by Delphi method, which is based on literature study.Methods:This research is divided into two parts. The first one is the literature search, we search ancient and modern literatures related Chinese medicine of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, using artificial retrieval and computer retrieval, and select qualified literature based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then sum, sort, calculate the percentage by using Microsoft Office Excel 2003, all of the data and statistical treatment should be secondary checked.The second part:Two rounds of expert questionnaire survey are carried on by using Deliphi methed. The questionnaires formed on the basis of literature search and Deliphi method on the first round are sent to 40 experts, and then the returned questionnaires a-re analyed to formate the second round questionnaires, which are assigned to 40 experts again.We count the percentage, standard deviation, mean, full marks percentage, unimpor ta-nt percentage, grade summation and coefficient of variation of the two round questionn aire-s by using Microsoft Office Excel 2003, and then form preliminary clinic programm e, at last the finalized one formed by the consideration of experts.Results:160 literatures are retrieved by CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang database and CBM, which are related with Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome in nearly 30 years.82 documents are selected to meet the requirements of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and the content of all involveed the name, diagnosis, treatment and prevention nurses of TCM about mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome. On the basis of the results of the literature,we carry two rounds of expert questionnaires, by using the Delphi method, the expert questionnaires returns-ratio is 90%,,92.5% respectively. According to expert opinions of each round surveys, we screen the desirable targets about diagnosis and treatment of TCM of this disease, and submit the preliminary clinic guide.Finaly, the last scientific and canonical one is formatted by expert meetings which is suit to clinical actual.Conclusion:Using the method of combining literature search, questionnaire survey and expert meeting to make a scientific and standardized clinic guide of traditional Chinese medicine for mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome is possible. In process of the guide, Deliphi questionnaire survey method shows its objectivity, scientific and operability. It is good to improve the quality of medical guidelines for future by using the method of evidence-based medicine to preliminary assessment into literature.
