Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zengye Yunchang decoction in Treating syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin of Slow transit constipation and the effect of Serum NO Levels.Methods:Select60cases of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin of Slow transit constipation (STC), randomly divided into the treatment group (Zengye Yunchang decoction group) and the control group (trimebutine group) of30cases.Each group were given Zengye Yunchang decoction and trimebutine treatment for28days.We observed the TCM curative effects of pre and post treatment, the Colonic transit test efficacy and adverse reactions situation, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELLSA) testing the changs pre and post treatment in patients with serum NO, a comparative study, then statistical analysis by the application SPSS16.0statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment, the difference between treatment and control groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), The TCM syndrome climate scores of the treatment group and control group were significantly lower post treatment symptoms than that pre treatment (P<0.05), The clinical efficacy in treatment group were better than control group (P <0.05)2. The colonic transit test efficacy in treatment group were better than control group (P<0.05)3. NO levels were significantly lower than before treatment in both treatment group and control group, After treatment, the level of serum NO was significant difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zengye Yunchang decoction can improve clinical efficacy of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin of Slow transit constipation (STC)、promote colonic transit、reduce the content of inhibitory neurotransmitter NO in enteric nervous system...
