Purpose:Observation of the spleen jiedu decoction of pixu psoriasis sample mousemodels of vascular active factor and vaginal epithelial PCNA expression, this essaydiscusses the spleen decoction in the treatment of detoxification of pixu wet type filledwith psoriasis vulgaris mechanism. Methods: The subject of three experiments, eachexperiment were randomly divided into control group, saline group,A capsules, spleendetoxification soup, low-dose group. Model for dual model, and1-4days for the model ofmouse spleen deficiency,5-7days while modeling in Spleen psoriasis-made mold,8-13days for the drug or placebo intervention stage,14days sampling. To verify the the Spleenmodel with psoriasis model is successful, required from the blank group and the salinegroup in each experiment, randomly selected12mice, the serum melatonin (MT)determination and vaginal epithelial cells cell mitosis observed. After successful modelingon Spleen psoriasis mouse model of plasma endothelin-1, soluble E-selectin were detectedelements and vaginal epithelial PCNA. Result:1.A saline serum melatonin (MT) levellower than the blank group, the two groups P <0.05,from the laboratory point of viewprompted spleen deficiency model was successful.2.vaginal epithelial cells of normalsaline group of mice the number of mitotic higher than the blank group,suggesting thatpsoriasis successful modeling.3.Spleen detoxification soup to reduce the deficiency of thespleen psoriasis-like mouse model of plasma endothelin-1,soluble E-selectin in the role.Blank group and the saline group P <0.05; A capsules and spleen detoxification soup,low-dose group compared with the saline group P <0.05,A capsules and spleendetoxification soup high in the low dose group P>0.05. Spleen detoxification soup,low-dose group P>0.05.4.spleen detoxification soup reduce the role of spleen deficiencytype psoriasis mouse model of vaginal epithelial PCNA expression. Between the groupsoverall P <0.01,X2=43.815by pairwise comparisons between the sample Wilcoxon ranksum test (Nemenyi), a blank group and the saline group P <0.01with acitretin capsulegroup, the spleen detoxification soup in the high dose group compared with P>0.05, saline group with acitretin capsule group, spleen detoxification soup low in the high dosegroup pairwise comparisons P <0.01,A capsules, and spleen detoxification soup is low,middle and high dose groups pairwise comparisons P>0.05.Conclusion: The spleen jiedudecoction on plasma endothelin1and soluble E and choose PCNA expression with benignadjust action, by lowering endothelial cell activation degree, restrain psoriasis lesionsformed in capillaries, reduce the cutin form abnormal cellular proliferation anddifferentiation and so on various reach the purpose of psoriasis treatment.
