Study On The Meaning Of "Pixu" In TCM Differentiation And The Relevant Distributio Of "Pixu" In Different Type FGIDs

Objective: To analyze the significance of “pixu”in functional gastrointestinaldisorders of TCM syndrome differentiation and the distribution of “pixu”, and provide areference for the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis andtreatment of functional gastrointestinal disease. Using SPSS17.0for data analysis.Results: In the presence of more than mild pathological changes to the standard weget the following results: In functional gastrointestinal disorders and irritable bowelsyndrome, occurrence rate of " spleen " was significantly higher than "liver", the differencewas statistically significant(P=0.027).The occurrence rate of “spleen” in functionalgastrointestinal disorders and irritable bowel syndrome are two diseases were64.4%and94.7%;in total130patients,the diagnostic rate of "pixu" is higher than the rate of "liverdepression", the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025), the diagnostic rate of"pixu" is61.5%; in the three kinds of functional gastrointestinal disease,the diagnosticyield of "pixu" is different or not all the same, from the results point of view, in irritable bowel syndrome,"pixu" diagnosis was significantly higher than the other two kinds ofdiseases.Conclusion: On the whole, compared with the liver, spleen makes more sense in thegastrointestinal disease."pixu" is an important functional gastrointestinal diseasepathogenesis,and play the the basic role. More than FC and FD, IBS has a higheroccurrence rate in "pixu".
