Objective:To study the relationship between chemical composition of urinary siones and blood metabolic disturbance, nation and gender in YanBian areaMethods:The chemical stone composition of phosphate, uric acid, oxalate, carbonate, calcium, magnesium, ammonium, cystine was Infrared Spectroscopy analyzed for300urolithiasic patients who were permanent residents in Yanbian area and obtained stones to surgical stone-free and ESML in Yanbian hospital.(2005-2010).and combined with the clinical data of uric acid, irome specific gravity, urine Phvalue, calcium Magnesium analysis.300cases of urinary stones are On Ureter stone197cases; Kidney stone103cases, the ratio of300patients both for1.31:1. Female patients with130cases, male patients with170cases. the ratio of300patients both for1.3:1. Age19to79years, average age46.1years old, with19years old to50years183cases;51years old to79years117cases. Han Chinese125case and Korean patients175cases.Results:Oxalate stones were found in273cases(91%), phosphate stones in90cases(30%),uric stones in37cases(12.3%), ammonium stones in165cases(55%), calcium stones in273cases(91%), magnesium stones in42cases(14%),cystine stones in21case(7%). Only contain a composition of stone in50cases(16.7%),Contains two components of stone in154cases (51.3%), Contains three components of stone in82cases (27.3%),Contains four components of stone in13cases (4.3%).Metabolic disturbance was found in126(42%) of300patients with24-h urine analysis results.Among the59patients, Uric acid abnormal in49cases, Urine Ph abnormal in17cases, High urinary calcium diseases25cases, high blood phosphorus38cases of disease. Han Chinese patients with Oxalate stones and phosphate stones stones is bigger than in Korean patientsConclusion:Urinary calculi in Yanbian area in oxalic acid salt and phosphate primarily. Sure calculi ingredient and patients to understand the blood metabolic evaluate urinary stones cause, prevention stone formation and recurrence, establishing stone prevention and control system has important clinical significance.
