Objective:To explore the correlation between stone composition and metabolic evaluation in children with urinary calculi. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 165 cases of pediatric urinary calculi in children with stones and 43 cases of blood biochemistry,24-hour urine analysis results. Results:Among the children in this group,112 males(67.88%)and 53 females(32.12%),the proportion of males was significantly higher than that of females, the ratio was about 2.11:1;141 cases(85.45%)of Uygur and 16 cases of Han nationality(9.69%),8 cases(4.86%)of other ethnic groups, the proportion of Uygur children is significantly higher than that of Han and other ethnic groups, the ratio is about17.62: 2: 1;in all children with stones, stone parts Kidney stones are the most common, accounting for 76.97%;uric acid stones are the most common stone components, accounting for 44.85%;uric acid stones are the most common in the <7-year-old group, accounting for 52.89%,and 7-14 years old.Calcium oxalate stones are the most common in the group, accounting for about 54.54%.According to Pearson correlation analysis, calcium oxalate stones have obvious correlation with urine volume, urinary potassium, urinary calcium, urine sodium, urinary phosphorus, urine PH value, triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism. The correlation coefficient r is-0.208,-0.190,0.617,0.149,0.210,0.121,0.417,0.327,P values were 0.001,0.003,0.001,0.005,0.003,0.001,0.005,0.033,with statistically significant differences;uric acid stones and urine output,There is a significant correlation between the metabolism of urinary potassium, urinary calcium, uric acid and urine PH.The correlation coefficients r are-0.374,-0.133,-0.573,-0.153,-0.244,and the P values are 0.003,0.004,0.001,0.030,0.005,there is a statistically significant difference. Conclusions: In pediatric urinary calculi patients, the most common stone sitesare kidney stones. The most common stone components are uric acid stones, followed by calcium oxalate stones;stones with calcium oxalate stones and low urine output, low urine potassium,There are significant correlations between high urinary calcium, high urinary sodium, high urinary phosphorus, low urine PH value, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia and other metabolic factors;stones with uric acid stones and low urine volume,Metabolic factors such as low urinary potassium, high urinary calcium, hyperuricemia, and low urine PH have significant correlations.
