Objective:To study the relationship between chemical composition of urinary stones and metabolic disturbance, nation and gender in YanBian area.Methods:Collect live for a long time the crowd in YanBian area from 2005 to 2010 in YanBian university hospital uropoiesis surgical department through the surgery and ESML 100 cases. all on urinary stones. Ureteral calculi 71 cases, kidney stones 29 cases, the ratio of both for 2.45:1; Female patients with 54 cases, male patients with 46 cases. The ratio of both for 0.85:1; Age 19 to 79 years, average age of 50.9 years old,19-5042 cases,51 years old to 79 years 58 cases. Han Chinese and Korean in China patients every 50 cases. Using chemical reagent for stone of oxalic acid salt, phosphate, uric acid and uric acid salt and cystine, carbonate, ammonium, calcium and magnesium main ingredients are measured, the combination of the clinical data, urine specific gravity, urinary uric acid pH value, urinary calcium analysis.Results:1. Oxalate stones were found in 92 cases(92%), phosphate stones in 49 cases(49%), uric stones in 20 cases(20%), ammonium stones in 13 cases(13%), calcium stones in 92cases(92%), magnesium stones in 42 cases(42%), no contains cystine stones.2. Only contain a composition of stone in 35 cases(35%), Contains two components of stone in 44 cases (44%), Contains three components of stone in 19 cases (19%), Contains four components of stone in 2 cases (2%).3. Metabolic disturbance was found in 59(59%) of 100 patients with 24-h urine analysis results. Among the 59 patients, High uric acid of 13 patients with urinary disease, High urinary proportion 21 cases, pH< 5.5 totaling 7 cases; High urinary calcium diseases in 2 cases.4. Male patients containing uric acid salt elements in the calculus than women, which has significant difference; And contains carbonate and phosphate ingredients stone women than men, has'significant differences; 5. Han Chinese and Korean in China urinary stone containing uric acid and urate ingredients stones which has significant difference.Conclusion:Urinary calculi in Yanbian area in oxalic acid salt and phosphate primarily. Sure calculi ingredient and patients to understand the metabolic evaluate urinary stones cause, prevention stone formation and recurrence, establishing stone prevention and control system has important clinical significance.
