Clinical Study On Treating The Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoid With Anal Pendent Swells By Infusing Jiuhua Cream Into Anus With The Syringe

Objective:Observation of infusing Jiuhua cream into anus by syringe and Jiuhua cream cotton ball to conventional dressings in the treatment of the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids with anal pendent swells compared the clinical efficacy,with period through to Jiuhua cream different method of wound dressing in drug and intestinal contact area and promote defecation function and so on to seek a more effective in the treatment of the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids with anal pendent swells method. Methods:60cases of the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into Jiuhua cream anal infusion dressing (treatment group)in30cases and Jiuhua cream cotton ball routine therapy (control group) in30cases,observation and detailed record of two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of change,compared the effect of two groups treatment and other correlation difference index.Results:Comparison of clinical effects of two groups after the treatment,the treatment group was better than control group (p<0.05).The diagram which was drawed according to the degree of anal pendent swells and pain and the defecation,is found in the treatment group was better than the control group.The anal pendent swellsand the total effective rate of the therapy were analyzed statistically compared between the groups,there was significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusions:Jiuhua cream with the effect of eliminating swells and pain,promoting growth of skin and muscle, Jiuhua cream into anus by syringe can reduce the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids with anal pendent swells and pain of early symptoms of discomfort,and can alleviate the early postoperative defecation poor conditions.
