Objective:To observe the efficacy and mechanism of Jiuhua Cream gauze in promoting wound healing after the simple low anal fistula operation. Methods: Select 60 patients with the simple low anal fistula, including 30 cases of the treatment group, the control group of 30 patients, randomly, dressing change with Jiuhua Cream gauze or Metronidazole gauze,1 time/day.Detailed record vertical diameter, depth; pain; edema; granulation growth indicators during wound dressing change, and score. Compare the average healing time, effects of symptoms and signs before and after wound dressing change,and the total therapeutic effect. Results:In the treatment group and the control group, the average healing time for (17.97±2.11) days and (21.03±2.75) days, the treatment group healed significantly faster rate in the control group (P<0.01); wounds six days later, the treatment group of pain and edema was 100%,100% and the control group were 96.67%,96.67%, the treatment group relieved the pain and superior to the control group (P<0.01), the elimination of edema was imprecise (P>0.05); Dressing 13 days the total effective rate was 100% and 100%, the total clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); 20 days after the total cure rate was 93.33% and 53.33%, Dressing 20 days the total effective rate was 100%,100%,two groups of clinical total efficacy has significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: With the role of detumescencing invigorating blood circulation, detoxificating, relieving pain embellishing skin and promoting granulation, Jiuhua Cream gauze can accelerate wound healing, and relieve pain and other early symptoms.
